About Teresa Sinani
We all struggle with life’s stresses and challenges at times. Perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed right now and isolated. Or it could be that your suffering from low or anxious feelings due to issues relating to relationship problems and/or work stresses and need some support.It can be helpful therefore to reach out for professional support through accessing psychotherapy or counselling. I am an experienced and qualified psychotherapist and counsellor, trained to listen, and will provide you with a caring, confidential, non-judgemental environment. I will offer you a space where your thoughts and feelings can be explored.
I can work with you on a short term basis, or working long term may be more suitable for your needs. We can explore what may be most helpful for you during our initial discussions.
My practice locations are based in North West and West London - Queens Park, Kentish Town, Willesden Green and Hendon.

I am experienced working with male and female clients either short term or in open ended therapy.
I am accredited and registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their code of ethics.
My previous experience includes working with unpaid and former carers, young people and providing therapeutic support to survivors of domestic abuse. Prior to my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist I worked with families with young children.
